Affymetrix v. Incyte Genomics

BioStudio developed and managed the production of courtroom animations for Incyte, utilized in a Markman (claim construction) hearing and two summary judgment hearings.
All three hearings resulted in rulings favoring Incyte on all disputed patents. A settlement was reached shortly before trial.
